- Choose one repeated activity
Select a report, meeting or system the business uses because it has always used it.
- State its purpose in ordinary language
Write one sentence explaining the decision or action it’s meant to improve.
- Retain, revise or stop it
Keep it if it creates value, revise it if the purpose is worthwhile but the activity doesn’t support it, or stop it if neither is true.
