1. The product
The Leadership Execution System is sold as two digital buying options. The Foundation Toolkit contains Tool 000: Leadership Execution Cycle Guide, plus 19 numbered tools, 001 to 019. The Interactive Toolkit includes the Foundation Toolkit plus access to 16 browser-based tools.
The price displayed at checkout is a one-off payment. The selected toolkit is delivered digitally after successful payment.
2. Business Use Licence
Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable Business Use Licence.
You may:
- Use the system indefinitely within your own organisation.
- Print and copy the resources for internal use.
- Share the resources with managers and employees within your organisation.
- Adapt how the tools are implemented within your organisation.
3. Licence restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the system or its resources.
- Publish or make the original files publicly available.
- Remove Christine Beard's branding or claim the material as your own.
- Include the resources in another product that you sell or distribute.
- Give the complete system to another organisation.
- Use the system commercially with third-party clients as your own intellectual property.
Consultants, coaches and organisations wishing to use the system across multiple businesses require a separate commercial licence.
4. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in The Leadership Execution System and its toolkits remain with Christine Beard and the relevant rights holders.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the resources under this Business Use Licence. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
5. Digital delivery
Access to the product begins when the files, interactive access or download instructions are supplied following successful payment.
Please contact support@christinebeard.com.au if you do not receive access or experience a problem with the supplied resources.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
Because these are digital products supplied after payment, change-of-mind refunds are not available once the files have been delivered or interactive access has been supplied.
This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot legally be excluded.
If the product is faulty, materially different from its description or not supplied, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.

7. Your acceptance
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- You have read and accepted these Business Use Licence and Refund Terms.
- You understand the licence is limited to use within your own organisation.
- You understand the restrictions on redistribution and third-party commercial use.
- You understand that change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after digital delivery or access.
- You are authorised to accept these terms for the purchasing organisation.
