Website use
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Google Analytics is used on public website pages to understand visits and website use. WhatConverts is used on public Collection pages to understand visits and attribution. SiteBehaviour is used on public website pages to understand pages viewed, interactions, heatmaps and session replays. These services may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page and pages visited.
Public video pages use privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds. YouTube may process information when a video is loaded or played, subject to Google's privacy terms.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe. Christine Beard does not receive or store your full card details through this website. Stripe processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms.
Purchase information may be used to confirm payment, provide digital access, send purchase information and respond to support requests. Purchase confirmation emails are delivered through Resend, and private product files are delivered from Cloudflare storage after payment is verified.
Support messages
If you contact purchase support, the information you provide is used to locate the purchase, resolve the issue and maintain an appropriate business record.
Interactive leadership tools
Information entered into the interactive tools is stored in the visitor's browser. The tools are configured not to transmit those entries to Christine Beard or external services.
Information remains on the device and browser you use. Avoid entering sensitive information when using a shared or public device.
