1. The product
The Leadership Authority Pack is a digital product containing 60 How To Guides in one downloadable PDF. The price displayed at checkout is a one-off payment.
2. Business Use Licence
Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable Business Use Licence. You may use the Authority Pack indefinitely within your own organisation, print and copy material for internal use, share relevant material with managers and employees in that organisation, and adapt how the guidance is applied internally.
3. Licence restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Authority Pack; publish or make the original file publicly available; remove Christine Beard's branding or claim the material as your own; include the material in another commercial product; give the complete Pack to another organisation; or use it commercially with third-party clients as your own intellectual property.
Consultants, coaches and organisations wishing to use the material across multiple businesses require a separate commercial licence.
4. Digital delivery
Access begins when the secure download instructions are supplied following successful payment. Contact support if you do not receive access or experience a problem with the file.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
Because this is a digital product supplied after payment, change-of-mind refunds are not available once the file has been delivered or accessed.
This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot legally be excluded. If the product is faulty, materially different from its description or not supplied, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.
6. Your acceptance
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, understand the licence is limited to your own organisation, understand the restrictions on redistribution and third-party commercial use, and understand that change-of-mind refunds are unavailable after digital delivery or access.
